Dr. Mariesha Terrelonge Lee is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of FUTURE Medical & Aesthetics, where she combines medical expertise, innovation, and a deeply personal understanding of confidence to deliver thoughtful aesthetic care.

She graduated with honours in 2015, earning her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of the West Indies (UWI). She subsequently pursued specialised training in aesthetic medicine and has dedicated herself full-time to the field since 2018, developing extensive experience in facial balancing, advanced laser technologies, regenerative treatments, and comprehensive skin health.

Her journey into aesthetics began with her own experience. From age 12, Dr. Terrelonge Lee struggled with persistent acne and spent years seeking solutions through dermatology. These concerns continued into medical school, alongside longstanding insecurity about dark, hollow under-eyes. Her personal pursuit of healthier skin and renewed confidence ultimately became the foundation of her professional calling.

Although dermatology was never her intended specialty, these experiences sparked a deep interest in skin health, particularly the complexities of treating skin of colour. Aesthetic medicine allowed her to combine her medical background with a growing understanding of skin health, facial anatomy, and treatments for patients of all skin types and ethnicities.

After completing her initial aesthetic training and experiencing the impact of carefully selected treatments firsthand, she recognised how profoundly aesthetic care could influence confidence and self-perception. This inspired her to dedicate herself fully to creating a space where patients feel understood, supported, and confident in their own skin—with or without makeup.

Together with her husband, Dr. Marcus Lee, she took an extraordinary leap of faith to establish FUTURE Medical & Aesthetics, investing everything they had, including their savings and only car. What began as a personal dream has grown into a practice founded on purpose, clinical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to patient care.

Today, Dr. Terrelonge Lee combines clinical expertise, a meticulous eye for detail, and genuine empathy for her patients’ concerns. Through continued education and the use of evidence-informed techniques and emerging technologies, she is committed to safe, effective, and natural-looking results. She has a particular appreciation for treating skin of colour while embracing the individual needs of every patient.

Her philosophy is simple: aesthetic medicine should never be about changing who you are, but enhancing what makes you uniquely you.
